Every We Are Guyana hat is embroidered to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then your order ships from the United States. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Barbados.
Ordering from Guyana? We don't ship directly to Guyana. Use your US forwarding address (for example a Miami mailbox with your courier) as the shipping address at checkout, including your mailbox number, and your courier will bring it home.

Delivery times after dispatch

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and paid by the recipient.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us right away. Once your hat goes into production we can't change the address, and we can't take responsibility for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or it shows delivered and you don't have it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
